To utilize our web-based Customer Care system, you will need to open a new ticket. You can do this by clicking on the icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen "New support ticket."
Once you open a new support ticket you will complete the information and submit your request.
You will receive an email after your ticket has been opened and will be able to track your ticket from that point forward.
Remember to look at the FAQ's for help with any terms used in the ticket process.
